ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and strengthen INCO’s global operations, with a strong focus on financial efficiency. As COO, you will be responsible for ensuring that our multi-entity organisation runs efficiently, transparently, and with the right systems in place to support growth and impact.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will design structures, processes, and tools that enable our teams across the world to deliver consistently and at scale. You will work closely with leadership across finance, investment, HR, technology, programs, and investments to ensure that INCO remains agile, compliant, and sustainable as it grows.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee INCO’s global operations, including finance, processes and compliance,.
Design and implement systems, processes, and tools to ensure operational excellence across 20+ legal entities worldwide.
Work with the program leads to strengthen delivery frameworks and ensure quality standards.
Lead organisational planning and support the CEO in translating strategy into execution.
Build and manage high-performing teams, ensuring strong coordination between global hubs.
Monitor risks and implement compliance mechanisms across geographies.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
5+ years of experience in operations, preferably within a multinational organisation.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in French and English is essential, with working knowledge of additional languages a plus.
Experience working in a global environment and managing geographically dispersed teams.
