We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to manage multiple entrepreneurship training and microgrant programs for women and minority-led businesses and startups across Europe, with a specific focus on the UK.

You will actively contribute to all program stages, from process ideation to the execution, ensuring all KPIs are met. You will work collaboratively with a group of Program Managers supporting operations. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing all processes related to the application scouting and review, program design and implementation, stakeholder engagement, impact monitoring, reporting and administrative tasks.

You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with other INCO entrepreneurship programs globally, working with impact focussed tech startups, exchanging best practices, contributing your expertise, and providing support as needed. You will support us to build a network of relevant entrepreneurship ecosystem partners in the UK, and be the main point of contact of the different stakeholders involved in program implementation such as trainers and mentors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, incubation and acceleration programs, and a strong understanding of the entrepreneurship / small business ecosystem.

Your Tasks

  • Work towards programmatic goals, coordinate with the team, plan and prioritize effectively to deliver high quality results to our direct beneficiaries and partners

  • Collaborate across teams to exchange expertise and contribute to the synergic development of INCO's entrepreneurship programs

  • Design and implement acceleration programs

  • Leverage existing networks in the UK and create new ones to raise awareness about our programs (actors such as nonprofits, local institutions, accelerators, investors, ecosystem actors).

  • Recruit and engage key stakeholders for program implementation (trainers, mentors)

  • Review applications for compliance with selection and evaluation criteria

  • Collaborate with our communications teams to plan and monitor online recruitment campaigns

  • Work with our legal team to comply with all processes

  • Facilitate live sessions throughout the program, ensuring participants stay engaged and maintaining consistency and cohesion across all sessions

  • Communicate with the selected entrepreneurs, trainers and mentors regarding all the necessary information regarding the program and sharing relevant opportunities/events

  • Create meaningful connections with entrepreneurs, alumni and mentors through dedicated community-building activities

  • Share program impact stories and milestones by identifying relevant communication materials (with support from our communications team)

  • Perform analytical, monitoring, and administrative tasks related to the program

  • Lead the organisation of both virtual and in-person events, such as enterprise competitions.

Preferred Experience

Required skills and experience

  • Experience and networks in the UK entrepreneurship ecosystem

  • Experience in entrepreneurship incubation, acceleration, or training programs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Skilled in facilitating workshops, panels, and events (virtual and in-person)

  • Experience in managing stakeholder relations, demonstrated ability to develop lasting relationships with a vast array of stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in remote teams being a plus

  • Adaptable and effective in dynamic environments where coordination across different teams is essential

  • Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively in a changing environments

  • Highly organized and precise, with proven ability to prioritize within complex projects

  • You are resourceful, able to work and make decisions independently but ready to ask for help when needed.

  • You are open-minded, collaborative and committed to maintaining close links with your team through regular and transparent communication.

Desired skills and experience

  • Solid command of productivity tools (e.g., Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Slack, Notion, Typeform, Hubspot)

  • Experience with impact data collection, analysis, and communication

  • Experience building and nurturing online communities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem
