About the role
We are looking for a Global Brand & Communications Manager to lead the development and deployment of INCO’s brand strategy, both externally and internally. This is a pivotal role designed to raise INCO’s visibility around the world, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure the coherence and impact of our communications across all channels and audiences.
You will report to the Secretary General and work closely with the development and operational teams to position INCO as a reference brand in the global impact ecosystem.
Your Missions
Brand & Strategic Communications
- Design and execute a global brand strategy that reflects INCO’s mission, values, and ambitions
- Ensure brand consistency across all external communication channels (digital, print, events, press, partnerships)
- Manage and evolve our brand identity and messaging frameworks
- Lead storytelling initiatives that amplify INCO’s global presence and impact
- Monitor brand performance and awareness through data and insights
Media & Digital Strategy
- Develop and implement a proactive media relations strategy
(press releases, media kits, journalist outreach)
- Supervise and align our global social media strategy with brand priorities
- Identify key speaking opportunities, partnerships, and thought leadership platforms
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce highimpact content across formats
(video, graphic, editorial)
Internal Communication & Culture
- Build and implement a cohesive internal communication strategy to foster engagement and alignment across teams and countries
- Support the leadership team in key internal moments (strategy roll-outs, global all-hands, culture initiatives)
- Ensure brand values and messaging are consistently shared within the organization
Employer Brand & HR Collaboration
- Develop and promote INCO’s employer brand in partnership with the HR team
- Contribute to talent attraction strategies by shaping the way we communicate our culture, mission, and impact
- Create engaging content and campaigns for recruitment, onboarding, and employee advocacy
Team & Collaboration
