We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to manage an entrepreneurship training program for women in Australia. 

You will actively contribute to all program stages, from process ideation to execution, ensuring all KPIs are met. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing all processes related to the application scouting and review, program design and implementation, stakeholder engagement, impact monitoring, reporting, and administrative tasks. You will work collaboratively with another Australia-based Program Manager and an international team supporting comms, program design, and operations.  

You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with other INCO entrepreneurship programs globally, working with impact-focused startups, exchanging best practices, contributing your expertise, and providing support as needed. You will support us in building a network of relevant entrepreneurship ecosystem partners in Australia and be the main point of contact for the different stakeholders involved in program implementation such as trainers and mentors. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, incubation, and acceleration programs, and a strong understanding of the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Your missions will include the following:

Curriculum design 

  • Work alongside INCO team to localise INCO Elevate Curriculum

  • Identify and recruit local trainers to support program delivery 

Outreach

  • Work alongside comms team to create and deliver communications materials to successfully recruit entrepreneurs to participate in the program

  • Support mapping of relevant entrepreneurship ecosystem partners

  • Support outreach to relevant entrepreneurship ecosystem partners

Program implementation

  • Review participant applications and conduct interviews for compliance with selection and evaluation criteria

  • Facilitate workshops, with support from external trainers and speakers where relevant

  • Act as a point of contact for participants, and lead community-building activities

  • Work with our legal team to comply with all processes

  • Perform analytical, monitoring, and administrative tasks related to the program

Reporting

  • Ensure appropriate data is collected to create reporting on key program objectives 

  • Support the creation of impact reports for INCO and program partner

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge on networks in the Australian entrepreneurship ecosystem, ideally in Sydney

  • Experience in entrepreneurship incubation, acceleration, or training programs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Skilled in facilitating workshops, panels, and events (virtual and in-person) and nurturing online communities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem

  • Experience in managing stakeholder relations with an ability to develop lasting relationships with a vast array of stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in remote teams being a plus

  • Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively in changing environments

  • Highly organized and precise, with a proven ability to prioritize within complex projects

  • Solid command of productivity tools (e.g., Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Slack, Typeform, Hubspot)

  • Experience with impact data collection, analysis, and communication

    -> You have demonstrated ability to build culturally and socially responsive programs, and a commitment to ongoing learning on allyship for underserved communities

**Employment type:**

  • Part-time (20 or 30 hours per week)

  • Hybrid. Predominantly work from home, with an expectation to meet with potential partners and host events regularly in Sydney.
